About

Suxceed Womens is a UK-based fashion eCommerce brand specialising in handmade women’s clothing, designed and produced in-house from our Bristol studio. Over a 7-year period, the brand grew organically into an international business with 75,000+ Instagram followers, a loyal global customer base across the UK, USA, Australia and Europe, and a reputation for distinctive design and quality craftsmanship. The brand was fully self-funded and operated end-to-end through Shopify.

Challenges

The challenge was building and scaling a fashion eCommerce brand from scratch without external investment while managing product design, manufacturing, marketing, logistics, customer service and team growth. The website needed to support consistent traffic, high order volumes, international shipping, and repeat customers, all while maintaining brand identity and operational efficiency as the business scaled year-over-year.

This included: • Designing and iterating a scalable Shopify storefront capable of handling consistent 5-figure monthly revenue. • Managing product launches, collections, inventory, and international fulfilment. • Integrating marketing workflows across Instagram, email, and paid campaigns to drive traffic and retention. • Building internal systems to support a growing team of 12+ creatives, including designers, photographers, and marketers. • Iterating the site UX, product pages and checkout flow based on real customer data and sales performance.
