Challenges
Lucy, the director of Dentirecruit, approached me to create a new website for her growing recruitment agency focused on placing dentists across the South East of England. Currently she didn't have a website for her existing setup. It did not reflect the professionalism of the business or support the way clients and candidates needed to interact with the brand. There was no clear system for enquiries, no structured way to book calls, and no foundation in place to manage recruitment conversations efficiently. The challenge was to create a website that established credibility, communicated clarity, and supported operational growth.
